Approach

Use seasonal demand to fuel geographic expansions.

Anticipating high demand during the season, we analysed sales from all channels over the past years. We identified countries that brought sales and where conversion rates were higher than average.

Leveraging Google’s automation.

Where country targeting could be combined into one campaign, we grouped them to help Google’s machine learning get more conversion data per campaign.

We tweaked existing campaigns to allow more volume during the peak with daily adjustments to maximise profitability.
